Raku Smudge Bowl

Made exclusively for Taos Herb Co. by award-winning potter, Richard Hawley. Bowl is approx 6 1/2 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide. You will enjoy using this for all your sacred herbs and resins. Sometimes smudge bowls are referred to as smudge pots.

These beautiful Raku bowls make wonderful containers for burning loose sages and cedar. Great for keeping your sage and cedar smudge sticks in when the stick is lit but you are not holding it.

WARNING: If you are using Charcoal Tablets for burning resins like copal, Frankincense and Myrrh, you may want to put a little sand in the bottom of the bowl to prevent the bowl from getting too hot and burning you or the surface under the bowl.
