Tea Tree Essential Oil

Botanical Name: Melaleuca alternifolia

Native To: Australia.

Fun Fact: Tea tree oil first came to Western society when Captain Cook was introduced to it during his trip around the world.

Process: Steam distilled leaves.

Blends Well With: Cinnamon essential oil , Geranium essential oil, essential oil of Clove, Rosemary essential oils, oil of Lemon.

Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil Uses:

• Soaps, creams, lotions, deodorants, air freshners.
• In meditation it is said to expand all chakras and then align them with the crown chakra.

Tea Tree Oil Mouthwash Recipe

• 1 ¼ cups mineral or distilled water (base)
• 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil (flavor)
• 5 drops Tea-Tree Essential Oil (anti-bacterial, helps fight gingivitis)
• a pinch of stevia (sweetner)

Combine all ingredients in a container.

Pour combined ingredients into a container with a lid (ideally an old mouthwash container). Shake well.

Swish in mouth and spit out. Use as often as needed.
