Shipping

Shipping costs are determined by your choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Home Delivery.

USPS Priority Mail orders placed after 4 p.m. Mountain Time will be filled the next business day. UPS orders placed after 9:30 a.m. Mountain Time will be filled the next business day. Sorry, Saturday delivery is not available. If you would like faster shipping options, please call us during business hours.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

The shipping cost on the shopping cart is only an estimate. We will email a final invoice to you with updated shipping charges for you to review and approve before we charge your credit card.

How to Check the Status of an Order

If you would like to check on the status of an order you've placed, you can send an email to shipping@taosherb.com, or call us at 1-800-353-1991 Ext. 206.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us and the carrier immediately. Please do not discard any items or packaging. If we made an error in your order, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will make the necessary adjustments. Returns not due to damage or our error may be subject to a 20% handling fee that will be deducted from any credit or refund. Please call us during business hours at 1-800-353-1991 Ext 206 to obtain authorization for returns.

International Orders

Taos Herb Company ships only to the USA and territories, Canada, and Great Britain. Orders will be priced and charged in U.S. dollars. Due to fluctuating international currency rates and postal customs, the shipping rates on the shopping cart form will not apply to your order. There is a $20 (U.S.) service fee on international orders.

So, if you (as we are) disappointed in the lack of information that is permitted to be said about these products, please go to the library or search the web (be careful though, there is a lot of inaccurate information out there) and you will discover that plants were the first medicine used by human beings and they are as potent and effective now as they were before they were bad-rapped as old wives tales (those old wives were pretty smart), hippy, Indian (American or East Indian) or other degrading judgments of other culture's beliefs about healing.
