I am a professional sound healer who needs to clean the energetic space after each client. The sage and cedar mix is the most effective smudge to effectively clear and protect my treatment space without all the smoke that bothers my clients in an indoor setting. I also recommend using this spray in the home when you need to clear negative energy or energy buildup.
