Cardamom Seed Pure Essential Oil

Botanical Name: Elettaria Cardamonum

Native To: India and Southeast Asia

Fun Fact: Process: Steam Distillation of the seeds

Blends Well With: cinnamon bark essential oil , lemongrass oil, essential oil of neroli, patchouli EO, oil of sandalwood, vetiver, Jasmine, and ylang ylang essential oil

Cardamom Seed Pure Essential Oil Uses:

  • Cardamom Hand Soap Recipe
    • 1/2 cup distilled water
    • 3 drops Jasmine essential oil
    • 3 drops cardamom essential oil
    • 3 drops vitamin E oil
    Boil the water in a small saucepan and then add the castile soap heating on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes ( stirring regularly). Let cool for 15 minutes before adding the oils. Cool completely and pour into glass dispenser. Shake well before each use.
  • mixing a few drops of cardamom and lavender essential oils into your massage carrier oil to produce a relaxing massage oil.
  • Diffuse a few drops of cardamom mixed with cloves, ginger or orange for an autumn pick me up.
  • For a refreshing mouthwash add few drops of cardamom essential oil to one cup of warm water and gargle.
