Our Web site represents a selection of items and quantities we have available. If you don't see an item, or you'd like to order an item in a quantity larger than we offer online, please call us. Please call during our normal business hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Mountain Time. No phone sales on Saturday or Sunday. Order ANYTIME on this Web site.

Ours is a Secure Site. The security and validity of our credit card transactions is protected. All orders are encrypted to guarantee that the information can be read by us only. It will appear as indecipherable gibberish if the data is intercepted by an unauthorized source. Your credit card number is encripted prior to transmission over the internet. How to tell it's secure? Check the security icon - most browsers use a key or padlock . An unbroken emblem indicates a secure browser. Check the URL field of your browser - with a secured server the address will begin with https:// instead of the usual http://.

We accept orders through any of the following methods:

Secure Online Shopping Cart:

Browse though the site and click the "Order Item" button for the items you want. Use any "Checkout" button when you are ready to finalize your order. Any "Checkout" button also will let you review your order, adjust quantities, or delete items. Order online using the secure server, or print the order form to mail or fax to us, or to use as reference for telephone orders. If paying by check, complete and print the online order form, then mail your order and check.
For offline ordering with credit card, complete and print the online form, then mail or fax your order and credit card information.

Fax:

Use the shopping cart, click the "Finalize Order" button to create an order form, then print the page and fax it to us at 575-758-7641.

Telephone:

Call our store toll-free at 800-353-1991, especially if an item you want is not currently available online. No phone sales on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping: Shipping costs are deterimed by your choice of USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express (FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express Saver, or FedEx 2Day) shipping. Please note: orders placed on weekdays after 12 noon Mountain Time will leave our facility the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
For faster shipping options, please call us toll-free at 800-353-1991. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping cost on the shopping cart is only an estimate. We will email a final invoice to you with updated shipping charges for you to review and approve before we charge your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX credit cards for online, fax and telephone orders. (Sorry, but we only accept credit cards for online, phone or fax orders.) We are required to collect 7.50% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of New Mexico. No other orders will be charged sales tax.

Order Inquiries: To inquire about an order, please email us and provide the following information:

Your full name. The date you placed the order. The order number from your email receipt.
Your email and phone information.

Returns: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us and the carrier immediately. Please do not discard any items or packaging. If we made an error in your order, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will make the necessary adjustments. Returns not due to damage or our error may be subject to a 20% handling fee that will be deducted from any credit or refund. Please call us at 800-353-1991 to obtain authorization for returns.

International Orders: Orders will be priced and charged in U.S. dollars. Due to fluctuating international currency rates and postal customs, the shipping rates on the shopping cart form will not apply to your order. There is a $20 (U.S.) service fee on international orders. We will email a final invoice to you with updated shipping charges for you to review and approve before we charge your credit card. Taos Herb Company ships only to the USA and territories, Canada, Japan and Great Britain.

Wholesale Accounts: As the manufacturer of the products we sell, we welcome inquiries from practitioners and retailers regarding wholesale pricing and purchases. Please email or call us for more information.
